1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after confirmation of payment.
Custom or bulk orders may take longer, and delivery timelines will be communicated individually.
Orders cannot be processed on public holidays.
2. Shipping Methods
Products are shipped via trusted courier or logistics partners.
Shipping charges, if any, will be displayed during order confirmation.
RD Enterprise ensures safe packaging to protect products during transit.
3. Delivery Time
Standard delivery within India typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on the location.
Delivery times for remote areas may vary and will be communicated separately.
RD Enterprise is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Tracking Orders
Customers will receive tracking information via email or phone once the order is shipped.
Tracking allows customers to monitor the status and estimated delivery date of their shipment.
5. Shipping Damages
Customers must inspect the products immediately upon delivery.
Any damage or discrepancy should be reported to RD Enterprise within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.
Photographic evidence and order details must be provided for claims or replacements.
